Please use these tips on how you can try to solve the current problem:
๐ Update Windows to the latest version (Make sure that you use the latest build of Windows 10):
- Launch the Settings app;
- Select Update & Security;
- Press the Check for Updates button;
- Install any outstanding updates and restart your machine;
- Repeat this process until the message โYour computer is Up to date" is displayed.
๐ Move all your media assets (Videos/Photos/Audios) for your project to the next folder: 'C:\Users\{your PC name}\Videos\' or 'C:\Users\{your PC name}\Pictures\,' you can use the Collect Project Files tool to save all your media assets to the folder;
๐ Allow the Animotica app to access your file system, go to 'Start'->'Settings'->'File system privacy settings' and turn on switcher for the Animotica;
๐ Reboot your PC;
๐ If you have an error, it can be a problem with some of your clips. Please find the clip you are having issues with within your project and replace or delete it. But before you do that, kindly provide us with the photo/video you have experienced issues with. Weโll do our best to analyze it and implement the mechanisms of preventing such an occurrence in the future.
๐ Please, try to save the video project using different combinations of switchers 'CPU render' and 'Hardware Transform' and 'Accelerate Rendering' on 'Save dialog';
๐ Please, try to save the video in different resolutions and different video aspect ratios;
๐ If you have a rendering process stuck at 100% for a considerably long time, please close the program, check if there is enough space available on your disc. If there isnโt โ free some up. if there is - re-start the PC, open the app and try again; sometimes it helps;)
๐ Please, try to use the 'Save' over the 'Save As' button;
๐ If you have overlays, please delete them and try to save the video without overlays;
๐ Please, do not close or minimize the Animotica window throughout the rendering process;
๐ Try to divide your project into several small parts and save by separately; after that, create a new project, add the rendered parts to join.
