If you have changed to a new device or reset your account, you can still restore your purchases on the new device. To do this, sign in to the Microsoft Store application using your Microsoft Account ID. Ensure that you are using the same Microsoft Account ID you used to purchase the paid version. After that, restart your PC and open the Animotica application.
If you do not have a paid version yet, click on the 'Unlock' button for the version you previously acquired (Animotica Light or Animotica Full Pro) and sign in with your Microsoft Account ID. Animotica will not charge you again if you have already bought the paid version.

Hi, i tried emailing but havnt recieved a response yet so posting here... for some reason my Pro version went back to trial and i cannot activated it. I tried these steps, i actually get a pop saying its reactivated, but it doesnt. It stays in Trial mode. I tried this multiple times, no luck. Need help with this.
Heeey! I pay for the Full Pro Version Lifetime and now I dont have it, I try to do everything you say but doesnt work, Is this a fake or what, why so difficult?. I pay for the program for work and I need it now.

Thank, Steve, I already have the email support with a promo Code by the moment. It fix the thing about the Pro version, but now is with a lot of bugs. I think the last Windows Update didnt work for them. Will see wath happen. Thanks, Steve!

I too face the same issue. I have bought a lifetime paid version and then when I try to install into my new computer, it asks me to pay again for the screen recorder.
