movie doesn't show in youtube, only sound

I've made a movie in Animotica, using MP4 files (extracted from iPhones and Androidphones) and JPEG-foto's. After rendering, I get a Movie in which the photopictures are shown, but not the Videoclips. They only play the sound with a black screen. I tried to lower the resolution, but without any result. Does anyone has experienced the same problem?
