What is the difference in downloading Animotica and Animotica for Education?

The process for obtaining Animotica for educational purposes has changed since the retirement of the Microsoft Store for Education in 2023. Currently, there are two main options for schools:

1. Free Version: Schools can use the regular version of Animotica, which is free and available for download from the Microsoft Store. This version provides basic functionality and is suitable for general use in educational settings.
2. Animotica Pro for Schools: For advanced features and functionality, schools can acquire Animotica Pro licenses. The process is as follows:
   • • Schools should contact Animotica directly to discuss their needs and acquire licenses for a specific number of users.
     • After the agreement, Animotica will provide a promo code.
     • Teachers and students can then activate Animotica Pro within the app using this promo code.

This new system ensures that educational institutions can still access Animotica's features tailored for classroom use, despite the changes in Microsoft's educational app distribution.

For administrators: You no longer need to add Animotica through a separate educational store. Instead, users can download the standard Animotica app from the regular Microsoft Store. The Pro features for educational use are then unlocked via the provided promo code.
