All sorted. My computer was set to US Region. Corrected to Australia and when purchasing it even showed the price in AU Dollars.

How to purchase Pro from outside the US
When trying to unlock the Pro version it sks to add a Profile address but only allows US addresse. How do I get past this. I am in Australia. The account profile doesn't have an address field.
