    Same problem here. Purchased Pro licence some months ago, but I can no longer re-activate my Pro licence.

    Have tried several ways to get in touch with them, but no response so far.

    How did you get in touch with the Animotica team?

    Yes I confirm, I solved the problem. You must contact Animotica team, explain the problem and they will send you a promo code to unlock di full pro version.

    You can contact them in 2 ways:

    1) this is a form in their website

    https://www.mixilab.com/feedback?appId=2 

     

    2) open Animotica app, click on the upper left menu icon (similar to = ) then click on ✉ FEEDBACK/SUPPORT

     

    Write your problem, they want a proof that you bought the license in the past so take a screenshot of confirmation email whe you purchase the pro version. Otherwise you can write directly the invoice number or take a screenshot of your order history in Microsoft Store.
