    heyy even i also bought this software 4 months before from Microsoft store i haven't have any issue regarding purchase check your email id that you have purchased a licensed key for activation even you have any problem email them lastly, please email them for getting updates of this software it's been year i guess they haven't updated this software sometimes it got crashed
