After the update, Animotica videos do not load on instagram or load without audio.

Since yesterday I am trying to post on instagram videos that I edited on Animotica. And when you upload the videos on instagram, they are left without audio or do not load at all. I have tried different formats and I was not successful. I made edits on another paid program and got it. The problem started after updating Animotica. How can I solve it?

  Greetings,

  We suggest using different audio codecs (ACC or FLAC) when you save your video project. That should resolve the matter with the sound in your video.
