    I'm just seeing this post because I have had these problems as well. Is this a legit business or do they give it to you then take it back for you to pay again. I'm going to do more research on them. I thought they were ok in the beginning.

    I have the same problem! 😡 How we can solve it? I tried to buy another full pro license, I wrote my microsoft account password and Microsoft Store says me that I already have this product. Then Animotica says me that Full Pro is now unlocked but it'a a lie because the app remain in free mode! 😡

    Maybe with a future update they can solve this problem? I used animotica page to contact them directly... waiting for an answer.

    Problem solved. You must contact Animotica team, explain the problem and they will send you a promo code to unlock di full pro version.

    You can contact them in 2 ways:

    1) this is a form in their website

    2) open Animotica app, click on the upper left menu icon (similar to = ) then click on ✉ FEEDBACK/SUPPORT

     

    Write your problem, they want a proof that you bought the license in the past so take a screenshot of confirmation email whe you purchase the pro version. Otherwise you can write directly the invoice number or take a screenshot of your order history in Microsoft Store.

    I hope these information are useful and I'm happy that all is solved.
