If you have moved to a new device or wiped your account, you can still restore the purchases on the new device. To do that, you need to sign-in to the Microsoft Store application using your Microsoft Account ID. Make sure that you use the same Microsoft Account ID you purchased the paid version with. After that, reboot your PC and the Animotica application.
If you still don't have a paid version, click on the 'Unlock' button of the version you acquired before (Animotica Light or Animotica Full Pro) and sign-in with your Microsoft Account ID. The Animotica will not charge money twice if you purchased the paid version before.

I too face the same issue. I have bought a lifetime paid version and then when I try to install into my new computer, it asks me to pay again for the screen recorder.
I have sent out an email to support team.

Hi, i tried emailing but havnt recieved a response yet so posting here... for some reason my Pro version went back to trial and i cannot activated it. I tried these steps, i actually get a pop saying its reactivated, but it doesnt. It stays in Trial mode. I tried this multiple times, no luck. Need help with this.
Hey Ruben, They got back to me and resolved my issue. Email the support as well, they should get to you pretty soon, took only a few hrs for me. That could depend on a few things tho, but they did get back to me and all is well now. Best of luck!

Same issue - I paid for the full version on a different computer. I did all the steps (uninstall, sign out, restart computer, sign in, reinstall. Nope. I need help to restore this purchase
Thank, Steve, I already have the email support with a promo Code by the moment. It fix the thing about the Pro version, but now is with a lot of bugs. I think the last Windows Update didnt work for them. Will see wath happen. Thanks, Steve!
