Should the video format not be supported, consider converting your video file to (.mp4) using any desktop or online video converters. 3. Keep pushing, pal! Double-check you have a proper Video Encoder. Please open one of the video files with the default Windows 10 “Photos” app. (Right-click on your file -> ‘Open With’ -> ‘Photos’). If the video file does not open, you probably don't have the right Video Encoder. Google is your best friend here.
